The kick off plate is a part that is used at the end of your tunnel to help the car roll off the conveyor. This part is mainly used when customer have a front wheel pull conveyors, but can as well be used on RWP (Rear Wheel Pull) conveyors.
The kick off plate is installed on the passenger side of the tunnel, at the end of the conveyor right before the exit end return door. See example below:
If you are having issues with cars not rolling off the conveyor on time, a kick plate will be a great addition.
