Before we start, make sure to get a copy of the owner’s manual which you can download at www.sonnysdirect.com and review all the safety information related to this procedure.
Gather the tools and supplies you’ll need which are:
- Safety Glasses
- Flathead screwdriver.
- Multimeter.
Once you have everything ready the first thing you need to do is:
- Remove the packed head cover on top of the switch.
- Find the 2 red cables.
- With a multimeter, check continuity, if you have continuity the switch is good if not check the oil level first if the level is good means your switch is bad.
- Cover the packed head back.
Note: The level switch must be checked every week just in case you have a leak. It will cut the power preventing you from leaking all the oil from the tank on your power pack.
