Before we start,  make sure to get a copy of the owner’s manual which you can download at www.sonnysdirect.com and review all the safety information related to this procedure.  


Gather the tools and supplies you’ll need which are:  

  • Safety Glasses

Once you have everything ready the first thing you need to do is: 

  1. Find the Mac valve that controls the air for the equipment.
  2. The ports on the left side of the Mac, Valve are the exhaust, and air in that has a regulator attached.
  3. Set-up air regulator settings to 60 PSI 
  4. To adjust the regulator to the desired PSI, turn the knob on the bottom of the regulator, clockwise increases the PSI and CCW decreases the PSI.
  5. Ensure rubber bumper on the driver side is adjusted so the plastic guide on the brush lines up with the plastic guide on the conveyor.
  6. Check to ensure the tire brushes are retracting all the way to the rubber bumper.
