Before we start,  make sure to get a copy of the owner’s manual which you can download at www.sonnysdirect.com and review all the safety information related to this procedure.  


Gather the tools and supplies you’ll need which are:  

  • Safety Glasses
  • 8-foot ladder, 
  • grease gun loaded with marine grease.
  • white lithium grease, rag/towel.

Once you have everything ready the first thing you need to do is:


   Daily maintenance:

  1. Check for air leaks 

  2. Check material for debris  

  3. Listen for smooth operation 

   Weekly Maintenance:

  1. Grease 4 bolt flange bearing on the driver side.
  2. Grease 2 bolt flange bearing on the passenger side. 

  Monthly Maintenance:

  1. Grease pivotal UHMW bearing on top of the top brush H-frame.
  2. Inspect UHMW bearings for excessive wear.
  3. Inspect all bumpers.
  4. Grease air cylinder with white lithium and wipe to clean rod.
