The wrap around arms should always sit parallel to the floor.  It is important to maintain the arms leveled to avoid any damages. As car washes matures and car wash speeds increase, it will be necessary to pitch the bearings on the wrap arms to allow the brush to work itself to the back of the vehicles. This is adjustment is made when conveyor speeds reach above 150 CPH. At these speeds the cylinders are not enough to keep the brush tight on the body of the vehicle and won't allow the brush to reach the back.  Pitching the bottom pillow block bearing will allow you to angle the brush and get in tight on the vehicles body.

NOTE: It is very important to keep the arms leveled and only make this adjustment when your conveyor speed is over 130 CPH
