The spinner system, pivoting, stand alone or pendulum attached, works with high pressure water that gets fed by a high pressure pump station. The T-bars are angled, when the high pressure water passed through them the T-bar starts to spin.
The ceramic swivel helps the t-bar spin, if the swivel is faulty, damaged the spinners will not spin.
If your spinners are not spinning check the following:
- Make sure you have around 600-900 psi of water pressure. If the water pressure is less than 600psi the spinners may not spin.
- Check your nozzles for wear. If the nozzles are worn, you may be trying to push motor water out of the nozzles than what your pumps could handle. Replace the nozzles.
NOTE: Before you replace the nozzles make sure to back the pressure off the regulator.
- If you've checked the above, the swivel may be damaged, replace if necessary.
