All of our Sonny's high pressure equipment; Omni, Pendulum, Spinners, are fed through a Wanner high pressure diaphragm pump. The wanner pump may be gravity fed from a 40-90 gallon tank.
If you are not getting any water from any of your high pressure nozzles, check the following:
- Make sure there is water in the tank. If there is no water in the tank someone may have closed the main water valve.
- Make sure the pump/motor are working. If the pump/motor are not on make sure a breaker is not tripped. If a breaker is tripped, reset it. If it trips again contact an electrician and have them check all your MCC connections from the MSP to the motor. Replace any parts if necessary.
- The pump could have an air pocket not allowing the pump to send the water to the equipment. Remove the output pipe/tube from the pump and let the pump run for a few minutes. This will allow any air that is trapped in the pump to escape. Reconnect your lines and test the unit again.
