If there is no foam coming out of your CTA nozzles/shower head, check for the following:
- Check the air compressor and make sure it is turned on
- Check the solenoid valve on the G57 pump station to make sure its opening or activating -- The NC solenoid valve, when activated opens the valve to let air go through it. if the valve does not open the air will not make it to the foaming generator
- Make sure the scrubby pads/brush in the foaming generators are clean -- A dirty brush or scrubby pad will not let the system create foam. Clean the brush or replace the pads for better performance
- If using needle valves, make sure they are open
- Check for any air leaks through out the air lines
- Check for cracked fittings
