Pivoting applicator arch pivots to track vehicles as they pass using pneumatic control for increased contact time and complete coverage at high chain speeds.  Recommend for high-volume washes - Over 120CPH

If the manifolds are not pivoting check for the following: 

• Make sure the compressor is on
• Make sure the lines on the mac valve are connected correctly. 
  • The mac valve has 5 ports

  • PORT 1 - AIR IN -- Connect your main airline to this port

  • PORT 2 - NC(Normally Closed) -- Connect this port to the back of the cylinder. 

  • PORT 3 - NO(Normally Open) -- Connect this port to the front of the cylinder.

  • PORT 4 and 5 -- Exhaust ports for ports 2 and 3 

• Test the mac valve by pushing the silver button.  The manifold should pivot once the button has been pressed.  If nothing happens replace the mac valve or coil only. 
• Flip the toggle switch on the controller to manual. The manifold should pivot once the switch has been changed to manual.  If nothing happens check the relay and/or fuse.
