A three manifold applicator arch is meant to cover the entire vehicle with product. The side manifolds are made to spray the front and the sides of the vehicle, but not the rear. The top manifold sprays the top and the rear of the vehicle for complete coverage. A wet runny foam should be applied to the vehicle, not too wet or not too dry.
If there is no foam coming out of your nozzles, check the following:
- Make sure there is air going through the lines
- Check the compressor to make sure it is on
- Make sure the solenoid is turning on
- Make sure there are no air or chemical leaks throughout the tubing
- Make sure the regulator is working
- Check the needle valves by the generator to make sure they are not clogged or defective
Note: If you need to replace the regulator, make sure to purchase the correct one. There are two types of regulators where the direction of flow travels from left to right or right to left.
- Check the scrubby pads or brush in your generator and make sure they are clean.
- A dirty generator will not allow the chemical and air to mix properly. Making sure that these components are clean is vital to producing a good foam
- Check the shower head / or nozzles and make sure they are not clogged
