If you notice that your conveyor loses power with or without a load, please check the following:
- Make sure there is nothing caught on the chain, sprocket and or drum
- Check to make sure the flow control and the hydraulic pump on the power pack is working properly.
NOTE: Turning the screw clockwise will add more torque to the conveyor. If you have turned the screw all the way in, the flow control or hydraulic pump may be defective and will need to be replaced.
- Make sure you have hydraulic oil flowing through the hoses. Disconnect the lines and make sure oil is flowing out of the open end of the hose.
- Make sure the hydraulic lines are not kinked.
Please perform the above checks before moving on to the next steps
- Disconnect from the heco gearbox and make sure the sungear adapter is in place and not defective by checking the teeth.
- Check the gears in the heco gearbox to make sure they are not worn down
